Promotion – 2026 April Member’s Cash Draw (Easter Holiday)

Length of Promotion: Monday 30^th March to Thursday 9^th April 2026

Total promotion prizes value: $6,800 (4x$350+4x$400+4x$450+4x$500=$6,800)

Draws schedules and prizes: 8 draws on Thursday 2^nd April and 9^th April

1. Total 16 cash prizes which consist of 4x $350, 4x $400, 4x$450, 4x $500. Each prize is hidden inside an Easter egg chocolate.
2. Each draw must have one winner.
3. The winner will randomly pick one of 16 Easter egg chocolates to reveal the prize value.
4. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize.
5. If the winner is not present after 4 minutes, redraw will take place until winner is identified.

How to enter draws:

1. Members can receive tickets to enter draws via swiping membership cards on reward kiosk.

Terms and conditions:

1. Promotion will commence from Monday 30^th March to Thursday 9^th April only.
2. All prizes are not transferable or changeable.
3. Promotion will be conducted on the premise of Club Sydney, which is located at 565 George St Sydney NSW 2000.
4. The promotion is only open to persons 18 years and over who are current financial members of Club Sydney including Club Stockton.
5. Temporary members of the club, club directors and employees are ineligible to enter the promotion. The tickets that contain their member badge number and name will be void.
6. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim a prize.
7. Winners will be given 4 minutes after draw to claim a prize.
8. Each draw prize must be won. If the winner is not present, redraw will be done until winner is identified.
9. A ticket drawn will be deemed a legitimate winning ticket when the ticket paper is determined thermal by scratching with fingernail which will produce black marks.
10. A ticket drawn will be deemed a valid winning ticket only when the ticket clearly details the name of promotion – “Apr 2026 Member’s Cash Draw (EasterHoliday)” and the patron’s name and membership number in English
11. Ticket drawn must be verified by a third party (not the ticket owner or club employee) by asking a selected patron on the floor: “May I ask you to verify that the ticket drawn is number [xxxx] thank you for your assistance”.
12. Draw entry tickets stay in barrel until this promotion is completed.
13. Each member is only allowed to claim 1 prize within the day of draws taking place.
14. Each draw will be conducted by the members of club management.
15. The draw winners will be announced via club PA system at time of draws.
16. Promotion claimants must have identification with them when presenting themselves at the time of the prize allocation.
17. Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of all rules and regulations.
18. All decisions concerning any aspect connected with promotion will be made by Club management, whose decision will be final.
19. All rules and by-laws remain in force during the stated promotion period.
20. The club (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever, however arising in connection with the promotion.
21. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the selected winner. Disqualification will be at the discretion of the clubs management and no correspondence will be entered into.
